This Privacy Policy describes how Lmein RMM ("Lmein", "we", "our" or "us") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information about visitors to our website at lmein.it.com and users of the Lmein platform (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you accept the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details you submit through our forms (name, work email, company, phone number, message).
  • Account details you provide when registering for a trial or paid account.
  • Billing details handled by our payment provider.
  • Correspondence you send us by email, chat or phone.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser data (user agent, IP address, referring URL).
  • Usage data (pages viewed, features used, session duration) gathered via first-party analytics where consent has been given.

Information from the platform

While operating the Lmein platform, the agent collects telemetry from devices you authorize for monitoring. That data is used exclusively to deliver the Services to you and is processed under the terms of our Master Services Agreement.

  • To answer inquiries, arrange demos and provide support.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and satisfy legal, accounting and reporting duties. Inquiry records are generally kept for up to two years unless a longer period is required.

Personal information is protected through a combination of administrative, technical and physical safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), least-privilege access controls, mandatory MFA for staff and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. California residents hold specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the rights to know, delete, correct and limit certain processing. We do not "sell" personal information as defined by California law.

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US under appropriate safeguards.

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
